At Houndsy, we want you and your canine companion to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
